Does anyone have tips on finding/vetting contractors for exterior house work? Particularly given I will do a lot to avoid making phonecalls. I have some rotted siding and trim that needs to be replaced.... was hoping I could wait until I needed to repaint, but the woodpeckers have left a hole :\

@cocoa when we had our insulation done I started with a list of contractors provided by masssave and then read a lot of google (not yelp) reviews. Even if you're not getting work done through mass save starting there might be better than a google search. Also, a lot of these people will work over a wide area so adding [your town] to your search can be unnecessarily limiting.
