@spiderweb_dewdrops@blorbo.social So I am not a medical professional, but I am a bio nerd with an interest in medicine, and also someone who has some vitamin deficiencies because bodies are silly - I'd suggest vitamin C and vitamin D supplements at the very least, based on symptoms/history, both of which are pretty safe in OTC amounts (vitamin D is one of the ones I have problems with, and I do go outside occasionally ahaha) - getting blood work-up done would be ideal, both for making sure kidney/liver stuff are okay, and for checking various nutrient levels, but probably their doctor will bring that up, heh.
@cocoa Thank you so much. They're already on vitamin D, and the multivitamin they found has 110% daily value for vitamin C. Unfortunately it's looking like bloodwork will be really difficult to get until... they recover from this... and manage to get back the support that they lost to start this whole issue... :'D kind of a catch-22 situation. But they should get it eventually!
